返品していただければ、こちらで工場に交渉して、不良品ではない製品と交換できるかもしれません。工場が交換を受け入れなかった場合は、こちらで新たに新品を購入してお届けいたします。
不良品に気がつかずに発送してしまい、申し訳ありません。送料や関税については、明日ご連絡いたしますので、お待ちください。
