There was no packing material at that end. The box had much damage to it. From the damage I could confidently say that it was dropped from quite a height. However, the damage to the guitar is fixable. Would you like me to take it to a professional guitar craftsman and get an estimate for repair? That way, we would have a true idea of the extent of the damage. In the meantime I will hold onto everything and wait to hear from you regarding the investigator.
