Im afraid that is unacceptable. You knew full well that the camera was faulty and damaged, and when asked, said nothing. If I send the camera back I have no guarantee that you will refund me the full amount plus postage as well as cover the import costs which I had to pay (£165.62).
You offered a partial refund, how much would this have been? I would be happy to accept the amount I payed for Import costs (£165.62) as a partial refund. This is the same price that you would have to pay if I sent the camera back.

$150 is a little expensive for the DVX since the LCD is hard to find and replace. Does the LCD not power on at all? Can you send me a video or photo of this?
I may be interested in the vx1000 and 2x vx2000's. Have you tested these cameras yet?
Can we do a package deal if I buy all three or all four?
I see you listed the DVX and one of the VX2000's already.
I will take the 2x VX2000's and the VX1000 if we can work out a package deal. I will pass on the DVX as it looks a little beat up.
Please let me know the total with shipping for the package deal on all three of the VX's.
