I am using a tool to manage my auction entries, and in order to use the tool, I need to acquire MWS and AWS accounts. I have gotten and confirmed the MWS number. However, I have not been able to receive ID and key for AWS account. I doubt I did something wrong in the process to get those accounts.
Do you think my account prohibit to use MWS?
Without this tool I am in trouble, since I use it to manage my sales.
