I will be going to Vietnam to receive samples from 31st August to 3rd September. Can we meet during the second half of September after I come back from Vietnam?

I got tickets.
The dates are:
31st August 13:50 Airport
-> 1st September 09:00 Factory (meetings and adjustments)
-> 2nd September 09:00 Factory (creating samples)
-> 3rd September 0:10 Airport
will be as planned.
There will be two staff going from Japan. Please organize an interpreter.
