社会人になってからの4年間の間で、これだけ長期の休みはとったことがなかったから、楽しみでもあり、少し不安でもあり、という感じ。
休職中にやりたいことは、お母さんの看病以外の部分で言うと、まず自分自身の健康に気遣いたい。
やっぱり結構ハードに働いていて睡眠とか食生活も不規則だったから、そのあたりを見直したいんだ。
