The third incidence was with $2000 saxophone, into which a mouthpiece was forcibly jammed using some hard object. Then today, I received $1200 flugelhorn of which body was forcibly bent. Enclosed is a photograph showing the damage. I cannot sell this at all in Japan. I have contacted your customer service several times on this matter. I have also attached this photograph to the email I sent earlier.
