Given the information provided, I am not able to see the buyer and the item number for this transaction. I understand you have a record of this item being shipped to the buyers address however we do not have details about the transaction. Please respond to the email with the item number and the user ID.

Also we need you to know that the funds can be released 3 days after it shows delivered so long as you are able to provide a tracking number confirming the delivery. If there is no tracking number, we will not confirm the delivery based on the buyer’s statement to avoid extortion.
