建設費850万円という極めてタイトな予算の中で必然と決まってくる面積のなか、バイクだけのスペースを確保するというのは面白くない。
そこでクライアントのライフスタイルを踏まえ、あえて1階床面積の約半分を土間とし、懐の深い構成とする事にした。
また吹抜け部分には一部梁をかけ、子供部屋の増床が可能となる様にしている。
この建物が家族の成長と共に育って行ける物であって欲しいと願う。
