I received the items, but I found they were completely different things shown in your brochure.

You said that they were mint, but I can never think so.
First, some of the pans have scratches, felt-pen markings, and broken plastic parts. They even seem to have been already used.

Our policy of refund is as follows.
If the item is unopened, we will refund all the money excepting the shipping charge.
In case you opened it, we will refund 50% of the charge excepting the shipping charge.
For the shipping charge, we already paid for it as the actual expense, so we cannot refund for it. So we ask for your understanding.
