返品(返金)の件承りました

私達の返金ポリシーは以下の通りです
商品が未開封の場合、送料を除く商品代金を全額返金致します
商品を開封した場合、送料を除く商品代金の50%を返金致します
送料に関しては実費として既に当方が負担しておりますので返金は出来ませんのでご了承下さい
返送に掛かる送料はお客様の負担となります

なお返金の時期は私達の元に商品が到着した日から1週間以内となります
当方に商品が届かない場合、商品が破損、欠品するなど著しい問題がある場合は返金対応外となりますのでご了承下さい

We understood refurning the product(money).

Our refund policy is as follows.
If the product is not opened, we will refund the price of the product by 100 percent except shipping charge.
If it is opened, we will refund the price of the productt by 50 percent except shipping charge.
As we are already responsible for the shipping charge, we cannot refund the shipping charge.
We appreciate your understanding.
The shipping charge required for returning the product must be responsible by customer.

The refund must be conducted within 1 week after the product arrives at us.
If the product does not arrive at us or there is a serious problem such as the product is damaged or you do not have the product, we do not refund. Thank you for your cooperation.

We have received your notice about returning goods and refund.

Our policy of refund is as follows.
If the item is unopened, we will refund all the money excepting the shipping charge.
In case you opened it, we will refund 50% of the charge excepting the shipping charge.
For the shipping charge, we already paid for it as the actual expense, so we cannot refund for it. So we ask for your understanding.
Please defray for the cost of sending back the item.

The time limit of the refund is within a week after we get the item.
If we don’t get the item or it has a remarkable problem such as damage or missing of its parts, we cannot refund the money. Please understand this.

We have acknowledged your intention for the return.

Our return policy is as follows;
If the item is not opened, we will reimburse the entire amount you paid except the shipping costs.
If the item has been opened, we will reimburse 50% of the item price but not including the shipping costs.
Please understand that we paid the shipping costs to the courier service already and it was not refundable, and therefore, we cannot reimburse it.
The customer is responsible for the shipping charge for the return.

Further, the reimbursement will be processed within one week after receiving the return.
Please understand that we will not be responsible for the reimbursement if the return is received with considerable problem such as the undelivered return, delivered with damage and the delivered with missing parts.
