It took me about a five-minute walk from the station to the boat boarding area. I safely arrived there.
On boarding the boat, I was greeted by young high-spirited ladies wearing a towel around their heads. I was impressed by their cheerful greetings both in Japanese and English.
I enjoyed beer and delicious-looking dish right away. They cooked Tempura on the boat. Freshly fried tempura was served.
It only took 5 minutes walk from train station to point of embarkation.
When I got on the yakatabune, A passionate and spirited woman, who was wearing a headband came to greeting us on board in Japanese and English!
We had beer and the cuisines smack our lips with relish. The continuous supply of tempura were just like they were freshly-fried on yakatabune!
I walked from train station to the dock within 5 minutes safely.
When I boarded the ship, young ladies with headcloth showing fight came to welcome me.I was really moved when they were greeting to me with warming Japanese and English!
Soon I got my beer and had a great meal.It seemed that tempura was cooked all the time so I can eat that all along.
A wide range of people was on board, there were tourists from Tokyo, the locals and travelers from overseas that were all introduced by a friendly young lady which made the vibe very lively on board!
It was nothing like just taking a ordinary boat, instead, it was as if signing up for a Japanese house boat tour with a tour guide on board. I'll definitely use the service again when next time my friend visit Tokyo!
The passionate and spirited woman introduced other passengers whom came to Tokyo for sightseeing from different parts of Japan, passengers living close to the area, passengers from overseas, etc.; everyone became lively!
It wasn't just riding a yakatabune, it was like a yakatabune tour with a tour guide, so I would ride yakatabune again as it would be a great experience for my friends when they come to visit in Tokyo!
On the boat, there was people from many places. Some were having their trip in Tokyo, some were residents in the nearby areas, and some were came from overseas. The guide introdaced us one by one in a friendly attitude, and it was very warm, friendly atmosphere.
In my opinion, this was not only a boat trip but a Japanese house boat ride with a tour guide! Next time when my friends come to Tokyo, I would suggust them to enjoy this also!
