もしくはEMSの配達途中での破損の場合保険を適応しなければなりません、
そのあとでなければ返金対応はできかねます。
明日以降メーカーの方に商品は送りますのでそのあとにまたメーカーから返事が来ましたらこちらからメールを差し上げます。
