ただ、オーストラリアは広大で、日本に連絡が来るのに１～２週間程かかる場合があると言われてしまいました。
また、シドニーから離れている地域ですとお届けまで２～３週間程かかったケースもあるそうです。
通常、海外発送の場合、オーストラリア郵便局が配達を引き継ぎますので、もよりのオーストラリア郵便局にお電話いただき、追跡番号を伝え荷物が届いていないか確認することは可能でしょうか？

However, Australia is vast, and I was told that it may take 1-2 weeks until contact comes to Japan.
Also if the area is far from Sidney, there were actual cases that deliveries have taken for 2-3 weeks.
Under the normal circumstance, in case of oversea delivery, Australia postal office take charge of delivery,
would you mind to call the closest Australia postal office and tell them trucking number to check if baggage has arrived?
