1 Pledge of secrecy
With compliance with your company's work regulation as well as your company's regulation on handling personal information, in regards to the confidential information (hereinafter referred to as "Confidential Information") listed below, we guarantee that without explicit approval from your party we will not in any way release, omit, or use these information for anything outside the scope of business purposes.

③ Other than the above, any information marked as classified by the superior

2 (Reporting of secrets)

(1) I will report to you immediately if it concerns the creation or the loss of Confidential Information.

(2) In regards to the Confidential Information, even in the case where I am involved in the formation or creation of the secret, I will treat it as a secret produced by the business operation of your company and I will identify that the jurisdiction for the secret is with your company.

(3) In the case of the preceding clause, I will not claim the right to the secret and I transfer to your company all rights with regards to the secret.
