私が調べた所クリアファイルは◯の特典ではなく、◇と言うお店でしか手に入らない特典のようです。残念な事に近くに店舗が無いためこれを手に入れるのは難しいです。

According to my research, the clear file holders are not exclusive for ◯ and exclusive items for ◇. Unfortunately it is difficult to get them as there are no shops of ◇ around my home.
