（A)の商品と（B)の商品は似ているので、２つの商品が同じものとして入荷処理をしている可能性はないでしょうか？
売れた（A)の商品が何点か返品されているようなので、（A)を注文したお客様に（B)の商品を発送している可能性があるかもしれません。
