折りたたむ際に幾つか可動部分がありますが、その可動部分がすぐに壊れてしまいます。セラーの主張では、その部分は可動させるべきではないとのことですが、製品を使用するにあたって当然可動させるべき部分です。

Although I have communicated with the seller several time, there was rather big gap in terms of understanding the quality.
I have escalated my issues as a claim since I felt that it could not be resolved by the efforts directly between me and the seller.
I would like to explain my understanding in the quality.

The is several moving parts involved for folding the item, but those parts are easily to be broken in a short while.
According to the seller, those parts should not be the moving parts, but those should move when the item is going to folded.
