Did you really read what I wrote?

I'm not saying "you have to pay for shipping" but rather "just give me a refund without demanding a return."

Either that or send me 3 replacements.

Choose whichever costs your company less.

I told that is you have made entirely fault sending me there defective items togethere.

Did you understand what I have been reiterating in writing?

What I have been demanding you was not let you refund the amount of items with shipping charge, but just demanding you to refund the amount for items and don’t request me to return.

Or, don’t you want to send the three solid items?

I have been clearly pointing out you to choose whichever a way your company can minimize the loss.

I had a courtesy on you before, but why I need to pay additional to what I have paid upon ordering. Is it your company policy to let the buyer be responsible for the return shipping charge for the defective items you have delivered?

It was your fault sending defective items, 3 of them!

Also, are you reading my message correctly?

I just wanted to say 'give me the refund only for the goods, and you pay for the postage', not ;pay the postage'

Or, you can re-send 3 new products which we can use.

I'm saying that you can choose either way makes less cost for you to handle this situation.
