I have recently received the merchandise.

But the second hand has dripped of while verifying the date function and operability.
The root cause was a length of second hand.
It was too long and touched to the inner surface of housing which prevented the movement, and finally, it has dropped off.
I love this watch.
In fact, I love all the watches I bought from you since those are excellent in deign.
So, I do not request for the refund of entire amount.
But, would you share an expense for repair?
I have inquired at repair shop. They told me it would cost about $120.00 for repair.

The reason was the length of the second hand.
It touched the inside of the case, stuck and could not move and then came off.
I like this watch very much.
Or rather as all the clocks I purchased from you are great I love those products you sell, I should say.
