私は日本郵便で5月3日に出荷して、5月7日にフランクフルトの税関で通関手続き中であることを追跡番号から確認しました。
そこで商品がとまっているようです。
私は日本からはこの状況で何もすることはできません。
他に協力ができることがあればご連絡ください。
私はこのことで評価が下がることは納得できません。

I shipped the item by Japan Post on May 3rd and I verified with the tracking number that the item was undergoing customs clearance at Frankfurt on May 7th.
It seems that the item is still there.
I can`t do anything about this situation from Japan.
Please contact me if there is anything else I can do to assist you.
I cannot comprehend why my rating should be lowered because of something like this.
