私は日本郵便で5月3日に出荷して、5月7日にフランクフルトの税関で通関手続き中であることを追跡番号から確認しました。
そこで商品がとまっているようです。
私は日本からはこの状況で何もすることはできません。
他に協力ができることがあればご連絡ください。
私はこのことで評価が下がることは納得できません。

I shipped by Japan Post on May 3rd and can confirm from the tracking number that the item was in the process of going through customs in Frankfurt on May 7th.
The package seems to be stuck there.
I can't do anything from Japan with this situation.
If there's anything else I can do, please let me know.
I'm not satisfied with getting a negative feed back for this.
