私は日本郵便で5月3日に出荷して、5月7日にフランクフルトの税関で通関手続き中であることを追跡番号から確認しました。
そこで商品がとまっているようです。
私は日本からはこの状況で何もすることはできません。

私はこのことで評価が下がることは納得できません。

I shipped through Japan Post on May 3rd, and confirmed that the shipment was in custom clearance at custom of Frankfurt as of May 7th according to the tracking information.
The shipment has been stopped there.
At this point, there is nothing I can do from Japan.

Sorry, I meant the sentence for "私はこのことで評価が下がることは納得できません". Maybe something like the other two translations would be better. For example "I'm not satisfied with getting a negative feed back for this" or "I cannot comprehend why my rating should be lowered because of something like this."
Your last sentence "I would appreciate for your understanding. Thanks" is fine but you do not need the "for" here. It should be "I would appreciate your understanding (on this matter).
