ロックマンサスティナー200の件です。先日まで出張のため本日届きました商品を確認したのですが、電源が入りません。また電源スイッチが非常に固く、また戻ってこなくなります。電源は入ったり、消えたりの繰り返しでとても使用できる状態ではありません。非常に困っております。修理屋に聞いたら、最低、点検料100ドルはかかるとのことです。100ﾄﾞﾙ修理代として、PAYPALよりご返金いただけませんか？納得ができませんのでご連絡お待ちしてます。

This is about Locman Sustina 200. I checked the item today because I was on a business trip. The power does not turn on. Also, the power switch is very stiff and does not return. This is regarding Rockman Sustainer 200. I was on business trip recently so I just checkd the product today I received. The power doesn't go on. The switch of the power is very stiff and it won't return to the off setting. The power is on and off repeatedly so I cannot use it. I am very concerned about it. So I have inquired a repair shop regarding this issue. They told me that it would cost $100 for inspection at least. So can you be possible to refund me $100 for this repair cost?
