日本の憲法は世界ではよく平和憲法とも呼ばれている。
日本は第二次世界大戦のとき、アメリカと戦争をした。
アメリカ、日本共々多くの人々がなくなった。
アメリカと戦争を始めるまで日本は、軍国主義の道を
進んできた。しかし、アメリカに敗戦後、新しい憲法を宣言し
そのもとで民主主義として再出発することになった。
平和憲法といわれる由縁は、以下の３つの宣言からである。
「戦争の放棄」「戦力の不保持」「交戦権の否認」

Japan fought against the United States during the world war II.
Many Americans as well as Japanese died.
Before starting a war with the United States, Japan was proceeding its militarism way.

However there is a huge discussion between people who insist to change this constitution because it no longer matches the world of today, and those who think we must maintain this.
