I will also need to know if you provide to your clients a REPAIR SERVICE for the bags that you sell. This is very important.
In The Bridge we have very very rare cases of claims and breakages, but sometimes they happen and it’s much easier to get the bags repaired in the country to avoid expensive shipping costs.

Another option is that the client sends the bag here in Italy and we will be able to repair it at our factory (free of charge), but cost of shipping and eventual custom taxes must be paid by the client.
Please let me know what could be the best possible way to deal with this issue.
