I think the procedure you too was "Unpaid item case" instead of "Cancel Transaction" so could you check on that once please?
We both need to accept the cancellation before taking action otherwise, there's no applicable category and it cannot complete the process.

I stayed in Gent for 1hour and a bit but walked around efficiently well and I was satisfied. As I thought this tour's highlight is Bruges. More than I expected, I felt it is the Middle Agesthe medieval period. Sightseeing with boat was emotional and I saw beautiful views many times. I think I stayed in Bruges for about 3hours but I could do sightseeing and I was satisfied. I thought long bus trip was tough but I also spent time comfortably because the bus was latest one and tidy.

After I arrived there by bus from Amsterdam in 3hours, I was explained the way to be back and famous sight places while I was walking from the parking and went trough Markt Plaza and came out to canal and broke up and then I had a free time.
Explanation of the way to be back was easy but I panicked because there were some similar streets and walking around chocolate shop, souvenir shop, I mistook one street and lost my way somewhere,walked around same place... Meeting time was approaching.
