今回の活動でサークル員だけでなく職場全体の落下部品に対する意識が変わり、
みんなで『知恵』を出しあった事で素晴しい改善ができ大きな成果をあげる事ができた。
この経験を活かし今後も色々な問題をQC活動で解決しやりがいのある職場を目指したい。

This activity has changed the awareness of not only the circle members but also the whole workplace.
And we were able to make wonderful improvement and built up to something big with everyone's "wisdom".
