We've already reported to Japan Post that the package was damaged and the key was missing when we received it. You have reported about the damage to UK Royal Mail as well, right? Japan Post wouldn't do anything about if a buyer doesn't claim first. Once you have done it, Royal mail might contact you. If they do, please tell them the package was damaged. We hope to solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I have stock because I've been collecting German razors from all over Japan for last 5 years.
However, as it will be difficult to supply old models in a few years, I think they have value as a rarity.

The razors I sell are all genuine. There are many different types of Iwasaki razor.
If you are worried about the product, I suggest you cancel your order.
I'll list another product soon, so it might be better for you to wait until then.

As we didn’t find any marks of rust on the razor’s edge, it won’t be a problem to use it.
