信端末には使えません。したがって安価に購入できるEstimoteのようなサードパーティが次々と台頭してくるのです。

以上、第1回は基礎知識としてのiBeaconおさらいでした。次回からは各特徴について体当たり調査を行なったレポートをお届けします。

You need a calling device and receiving device of beacon to use iBeacon. Although both of them can be worked on iOS, you can not use many expensive iOS devices as calling devices.
Consequently, cheap third party devices like Estimote are becoming famous one after another.

≪iBeaconとGPS≫
■小回りの利く位置測定
GPSはGPSの信号がコンクリートや木造構造物などを
通過しないため建物内まで位置を特定できません。

しかし、iBeaconは建物内にビーコン端末を設置するので
建物内の位置の特定が可能となり、店舗ごとで位置測定ができるのでは？と
期待されています。


なぜ今注目されているのか？

iBeaconという名称が有名なので、全てのビーコンをiBeaconと言ってしまいそうですが、実はiBeaconとはiOS7内の1機能の名称です。

How come it is focused on?
iBeacon is such a famous name that all the beacons seem to be called iBeacon, but actually iBeacon is the name for one of the function in iOS7.

NFCを実用化するとかざすやタッチするなどユーザのアクションが必要、iBeaconは近づくだけ、ノーアクションでも通信が可能

■ハード面の優位性
NFCはモバイル端末にNFCチップの搭載が必要、iBeaconはBluetooth LEの搭載で通信が可能

補足：iBeacon押しのAppleなのでiPhone にNFCは非対応。またAndoroid4.3以降はBluetooth LEに対応。

Need to load NFC chip onto NFC mobile device. Communication is available with loading Bluetooth LE on iBeacon.

supplement: NFC is not incompatible for iPhone as Apple prefer iBeacon. Series after Andoroid4.3 is compatible with Bluetooth LE.

４月27日、国立京都国際会館会議場ルームＡで、同施設をテーマにドイツ人監督が撮影したドキュメンタリー映画「Beyond Metabolism」のジャパン・プレミア上映会が開催される。

同作品は昨年冬に来日したフォルカー・ザッテル氏とシュテファニー・ガウス氏のプロジェクトをもとに映像化したもの。1966年に開館し、1997年に京都議定書の採択の場となった国立京都国際会館の現代の意義を、映像を通して再検証・再検討したドキュメンタリー。今年２月にベルリン国際映画祭で初上映された。

On April 27, Japan premier screen party for a documentary film "Beyond Metabolism" which was shot by German director with the theme of this facility will be held at room A in Kyoto International Conference Center.
This movie was filmed based on the project by Volker Sattel and シュテファニー・ガウス who have visited Japan last winter.
It is a documentery film for reviewing and re-examining the meaning today of Kyoto International Conference Center where was opened in 1966, and used as a place of adoption for Kyoto Protocol in 1997.
It was shown in Internationale Filmfestspiele Berlin February this year.

ショー前日、最終確認も兼ねてショーのコーディネートをホテルでパシャパシャ

１体だけでなく全体のバランスを考えながら、日本陣営と画像相談しながらみんなで最終決定

ショー当日

全部ハンドキャリーにして一番の大変だった事が発生
会場周辺道路が工事していて会場入り口より数メートル先でタクシー下ろされた事

自分の手の本数と荷物の量が合わなくて困っていたら、通りがかったイベント関係の可愛い子達が皆で手伝ってくれた

皆優しい

I went to London to participate "B" held in London, which is sponsored by "A".
The day before the show, we went to go see the the coordination for the show to take some pictures and for the final confirmation.
Thinking about the balance of not only 1 figure but all, other Japanese members and I had a powwow over the pictures and came to the final decision.

On the day of the show

We noticed that taking all luggages by hands was the most difficult thing.
In addition, we had to get off our taxi several meters ahead of the entrance because of construction around the venue.

When I was having trouble matching the number of luggages and number of my hands, passing cute kids who take part in the show helped me.
They all have such a warm heart.

I entered the venue as I was moved by the touching moment.
The Venue was so solemn.
Four volunteer kids at the booth were so kind and stylish.
They supported and supported my inexperience.
I was able to put up a booth "C" with their supports, making a first real shop without existing store.

VIP customers came in right after I finished the preparation of the booth.
Thinking customers were all so cute and adorable, I started preparing for the show.

After asking them to put on wigs 5 minutes before the show in a hurry, and hurriedly sending them out to the show, I went to the center of the venue.

All other brands were so cute, and I have tried so hard to get shots...but all were blurred.
I am sorry for picking up only the pictures with less blur although all sales were so cute.
