売上金の凍結について

私はアマゾン EUへ何度もメールしていますが、返信をもらえないのでUSAにお聞きします。
私のアマゾン EUのセラーアカウントは今年の1月に閉鎖されてしまいました。
理由は「他のアカウントと関連がある」ということでした。その後セラーセントラルにログインすることも出来なくなりました。
メールには「９０日間売上金を凍結し、その後出金される」と記載されていました。しかし、６ヶ月経過した今、まだお金は振り込まれません。

以下がアマゾン deからもらったメールです。

About freezing sales amount

I have sent emails many time to Amazon EU but I haven't got any reply, so I'm asking USA.
My Amazon EU seller account had been shut down in January this year.
The reason was "it was related to other account". After that I could not even log into seller central.
On the email said "sales amount will be frozen fro 90 days, and will be paid out after that". However, after 6 months the money has not been sent.

ただ、間違えて注文を２回にわけてしまいました。

１や２のような表示が出て３のようにActivation Keyが求められるのですが、UserNameとPasswordをメンバーズサイトのログイン時のと同じものを入力しても、使用できません。

UserNameとPasswordが間違っているのであれば、正しいUserNameとPasswordを教えてください。
