メール読みました、大変な事になっていたなんて 私も知らなかった。
おもちゃの銃を、リアル銃に見間違えるなんて、有り得ない
なら 送った私が警察に捕まりますよ
そんな重要な事なのに、相談もなく、オープンケースするなんて理解できない！
とりあえず、日本郵便から、おもちゃの銃だと報告しておきました。
これで、配達してくれれば良いのですが
アイテム不着返金については、もう少し待って欲しい
受け取り時の関税の事ですが、20ドルまで当店で負担します。 （書類を写真で送って下さい）

Hi.
I read your email. Nor did I know something terrible had happened.
It can't be that somebody takes a toy gun for a real one.
If that were possible, I the sender would be arrested.
That being such an important issue, I can't believe they make it an open case without consulting me.
For the time being, I've reported to them through Japan Post that it's a toy gun.
I hope they'll deliver it now.
For the refund for the item not having arrived, could you wait a little longer?
For the customs for reception, I'll bear up to 20 dollars. (Please send me the documents.)

It's impossible to mistake toy gun for real gun.
That way I'll get caught by the police for sending it.
I can't understand that the case was opened without even asking while it was such an important thing!
Anyways, I reported that it's a toy gun form Japan Post.
