私はアマゾン EUへ何度もメールしていますが、返信をもらえないのでUSAにお聞きします。
私のアマゾン EUのセラーアカウントは今年の1月に閉鎖されてしまいました。

About freezing sales amount

I have sent emails many time to Amazon EU but I haven't got any reply, so I'm asking USA.
My Amazon EU seller account had been shut down in January this year.
