AにはBとCの2種類の検査方法があります。
基本的に10μ以上のエレメントはBのみ行います。5μ以下になると、精度が細かすぎてBの測定をするのが難しいため、5μ以下のエレメントはCのみ行います。

このようにエレメントIPAの中に沈めます。そこから徐々に空気を流していき、最初に発泡した圧力の数値を記録します。見えづらいと思いますが、エレメントから発泡しているのがわかります。

Cはこのように空気を流して、圧力が上がり切った数値を記録します。エレメント全体から発泡しているのがわかります。

There are two types of inspection method for A, which are B and C.
Basically, B is performed for an element above 10μ. If it becomes below 5μ, it is hard to measure B because its precision is too detailed, only C is performed.
