小学３年生からの英語必修化が2020年から始まりますが、単純に幼児英語教育だけに力を入れることが、日本人に求められているものではありません。
「グローバル社会」の為に求められる「グローバル教育」は、イコール「英語教育」では無いのです。

●交際交流が始まり

Starting from 2020, English becomes a mandatory language to learn for 3rd graders and higher, but what is expected to Japanese people is not just about reinforcing the kinder English education. The "global education" anticipated for the "global society" is not equal to "English education".

Originally we started our business as "International communication business" but not of "education".

The desire to learn English has spread through an interest to know abroad, and we have started the "English education business" as a means to support those who challenge outside Japan. It looks like I have no choice but paying for the handling fee for the tender in order to close the case without leaving defects on the buyer's account. I feel I am losing to pay for the fee although the merchandise fee is not paid to me, but I am the one who have mistakenly operated so I have no choice, right?
By the way, how should I proceed on the screen in order to close the case without leaving defects on the buyer's account? An explanation needs to be provided to the buyer if he needs to operate as well. Thank you.

Something to consider, I see a lot of smaller recent orders. If you are able to combine any small orders and reach $1500, we would be able to ship to OR for free.

バイヤーが、“I accept the seller's request to cancel this transaction” を選択し、“Send Response”を押してもらえば、caseはcloseできる、ということですね。
本当はcancel order をしたかったのに、私が処理を間違ってcaseをopenしたので、バイヤーに不利益がある事態は避けたいです。この処理をすることでバイヤーのaccountに問題が残ることはありますか？

So you are saying that a buyer can select “I accept the seller's request to cancel this transaction” and press "Send Response" the case can be closed, right?
I would like to avoid the consequence to bring disadvantage to the buyer since I mistakenly opened the case despite my original intent of the order cancellation. By processing this, would it leave any issue to the buyer's account?
