As the package was cut to open at the customs inspection, the wrapping bag was broken and a major trouble has happened. As a countermeasure, would you please place a thick white sponge sheet over the top of the package bag from now on? That way we can avoid such trouble with the leakage of the package bag content even though it is opened with a cutter knife.
And the thin wooden plate was broken as the screw at the head connection was hitting it.
Luckily, the product was safe, but such transportation damage in the future just like the way it happened at the initial order would not be profitable for both of us, and such trouble would cause anxiety for future transaction.
