Did you see the picture that I have sent you?
It would not break like that if it was treated normally.
There were mixed beads inside the ripped bag which I sealed with a tape.
The box was changed from our original box to a Chinese tabacco box.
It is clear that something has went wrong in fedex in China.
I explained this situation to fedex in Japan and they told me that fedex China will pay you for the defect.
Please contact fedex in China for more detail.
