普通ではあんな破損はしないと思います。
破れた袋にはミックスされたビーズが入り、テープで封をしてありました。
箱は御社のオリジナルの箱ではなく中国のタバコの箱に変わっていました。
明らかに中国のfedexでトラブルがあったと思われます。
日本のfedexに状況を説明したら、日本のfedexが私に支払いをするのではなく、中国のfedexが御社に連絡をとり、直接支払いをすると言われました。
