For orders over 2500 EUR net value, the delivery term would be FOB (otherwise ex works). That would mean that you will pay the whole transport costs for orders below 2500 EUR net value. For orders over 2500 EUR net value, Theo Klein is paying the fees until delivery FOB port in Hamburg / Rotterdam / Bremen (or if airfreight shipment until FOB Frankfurt). For smaller orders (below 2500 EUR) a parcel delivery door-to-door (at your costs) would be possible. However, for larger orders (over 2500 EUR), we think that the volume would be quite big for a parcel delivery and we would suggest delivery by forwarding agent.

The item you had ordered was shipped from Japan on August 10 and arrived in the US on August 12. As the tracking information was not updated since then, I submitted a request for investigation to a post office in Japan on August 27.
On August 30, the tracking information was updated and the current status is "Processing at delivery Post Office".

本日、別倉庫にて発送作業を行っていた担当者から、「外箱の左側が色あせしている」との連絡がありました。
（写真を添付していますので、ご確認ください）

この部分はebayの出品写真には写っていませんでした。
また、写真立て本体は未使用のためコンディション表記はMintとして出品し、色あせのことは記載していませんでした。

ちなみに、発送担当者に確認してもらいましたが、写真立て本体には色あせや傷等のダメージはありませんでした。

This is a quick note to tell you about the item condition.

Today, I got a message from a staff member who was preparing for shipping at another warehouse that the color of the left side of the outer box was faded.

The picture frame was listed as Mint as it was unused and the item description didn't say about the color fade-out.

I asked a packaging staff to check the item and he said there were no color fade-out or scratches on the picture frame itself.
