顧客が壊した商品に対して私が返金する必要があるのは何故ですか？

お問い合わせの商品AAを探しましたが残念ながら見つかりませんでした。代わりに同じ商品のバージョン違い（髪が金色）が1点だけ見つかりました。画像を添付してありますのでご確認下さい。
日本でも価格が高騰している商品で価格は750ドル（送料別）になる予定です。ご検討下さい。

I have received a refund notice about order ID○○.
Confirmed the letter, it read "Unwanted item, Customer Damaged".
Why should I rerund money for customer's damaged?
I have searched for the item AA you inquired, but I couldn't find out them.
Instead of them, I have found out only one same item but different color item (Blonde hair). Please refer to the attached image.
Their prices just are increasing in Japan, will be US$750.00 (excluding shipping charge).

Four wrong orders with 「#1111」has been reached me. You have only refunded money in the amount of $69.60 for two of them.
Please explain why you did it. Why didn't you refund for all of them?
As I told you previously, I have received my orders with 「#1111」and 「#3333」here in Japan through a transport company.
If I send 4 wrong orders with 「#1111」and 4 wrong orders 「#3333」from Japan, the shipping costs will be expensive.
Will you reimburse me for the shipping costs?
