I checked the tracking number.
I shipped it on October 25.
The courier attempted to deliver it to the buyer on October 30, but no one was present, so it is holding it.

Confiming the tracking number, we have found that we dispatched them on 25th of Oct. The forwarding company devliered them to the buyer on 30th of Octo. but seems still holding them because they were absent . Please take care of this matter.
