Thanks for informing us the return tracking number.
We deeply regret that this case resulted in return because of US customs.
However, in order not to repeat the same problem, we'd like to take coutermeasure.
Below are the plans we are currently discussing.
1. Specify HS code for all items
2. Issue invoices specially designed for watches
