①、11月からクライアントとコンタクトを始め、1月に新規エクスパートマーケティングのオリエンに、お誘いを受ける。しかしこのプロジェクトは収益性の観点から辞退する事となる。
②、2010年2月に実施予定だった、禁煙補助薬に関するワークショップも中止となった。

③、ワークショップ開催に向け、禁煙補助薬に関する情報を収集、市場環境を整理しストラテジープランナーにレビューを行った。この商品のマーケティングプラン作成の、ベース作りに尽力した。
④、既に実施が始まっているUS,UKの海外戦略事例を整理、不足情報をUS,UK 双方へメールで確認、ストラテジープランナーと共有した。

1. Began contact to the client from November, received an invitation to an orientation of new expert marketing in January. However, I had to decline the invitation from profitability standpoint.
2. A workshop for stop smoking aid scheduled February 2010 was also cancelled.
3. Toward the holding of a workshop, gathered information of stop smoking aid, sorted out market circumstances and conducted a review to the strategy planner. Made efforts to do the groundwork for marketing plan development of this product.
4. Assembled examples of overseas strategy which are already in progress in US and UK, requested insufficient information to US and UK via emails, shared the information with the strategy planner.

⑤、N薬局の仕事で蓄積したドラッグストア業界のナレッジを、K&G社の禁煙補助役薬の商品市場機会を理解するのに活かせた事は幸いだった。今期中の売り上げにはならなかったが、今後の新規開発シーズとして禁煙補助薬の他、コンシューマー対象ブランドと、その広告予算動向をウォッチし、良好な関係を維持するべきと考える。
⑥、今期は親会社との関係やクライアントの予算規模から、ピッチへの取り組みを辞退する事が多かった。そのため社内向けの業務が多く、本来あるべきクライアントとの交渉業務で、利益に貢献できる機会に恵まれなかった。来期は提案を勝ち取り、オンビジネスの関係の中で、自分が得意とする人間関係を作る能力を発揮したいと考える。
⑦、どんな業種の企業もこれからの20年は、ダイナミックに変貌するアジア市場に目を向ける必要があると考える。東京農業大学時代に学んだ発展途上国論の基礎を活かし、今後は国内だけでなくアジア関係の仕事にも取り組めるよう自らを高め、THの利益に貢献できるよう頑張りたい。

It was fortunate for me to be able to make use of my knowledge of drug store industry through work at N pharmacy, in order to understand the product market opportunities of stop smoking aid at K&G corporation. Although it did not contribute to the sales of this period, I suppose it is important to keep a good relationship by watching the trend of stop smoking aid, other consumer brands and their budgets for the seeds of new development.
6. In this period, I had to decline approaches to pitches often due to relationships between the parent company and the budget size at the clients. As a result, I had to perform a lot of in-house tasks and found few opportunities to contribute to company's profits through negotiations between clients, which I was supposed to do. I am anxious to win the proposal and show my ability to create a personal relationship through on-business relationships, this is what I am good at.
7. For companies of any industries, I think they should look to the dynamically-evolving Asian market. I will do my best to contribute to TH's profit by developing myself and engage not only on domestic related jobs, but also jobs in Asia region, I want to take advantage of my basis on theory of developing countries, which I studied in Tokyo University of Agriculture.
