It needs to be packed with great care and in a solid manner. The dimensions and weight of this item in this package are both beyond the range allowed for normal shipment by air, and since there is no way other than sending it through EMS, I would appreciate it if you could understand the shipment costs will be expensive.

1. The Museum of Modern Art, Gunma will held "The 9th Gunma Biennale for Young Artitst". "The Gunma Biennale" is an exhibition with a national public call for entry from the young generation, targeting people between 16 and 29 years old. まず、出荷が遅れてしまった事の原因として２つの理由が挙げられます。

１.配送担当者の不足
２.出荷通知の押し忘れ

これらの対応策として以下の事を実施しました。

１.配送担当を新たに雇用し、連携をする事で注文が多く入っても配送期限までに必ず出荷が間に合うようになりました。
また、配送業者と提携し、出荷準備ができてから出荷するまでのスピードが格段に早くなりました。

Here are the measures we are submitting regarding the delay in shipments as you pointed out.
First, there were 2 reasons that caused the shipments to be delayed.

1. Insufficient number of staff in charge of deliveries
2. Omission in the notification of shipment
