EMS cannot deliver to your address, therefore the shipping method I used is SAL.

I get it. I’m really sorry that we have kept you waiting for so long time even it was the postal trouble and we couldn’t deliver the item though we did our best. After that, though I have asked several transporters whether we can deliver the item for your country promptly or not, there were only these options: a shipment without insurance (risk of losses is big), shipping service or DHL (1 package costs 90 dollars or more). We will proceed to procedure for refund promptly. Since it takes several days until it is completed, please wait for a while. Also, the product A will be a large packing because it was before assembling as I wrote on the manual. Is there any problem with you? Please let us check it just in case.
