私見ですが、この部分での日本の商習慣による考え方の違いは、非常に前田、山本共にもやはギブアップです。これに対して日本独特の駆け引きもありますが、彼らは、この土壇場においてはすでに駆け引きはないように思います。この食い違いにつきましては、土地の売買という部分では今後も必ず生じる可能性があります。どう解決すべきが、私達にも方策が見いだせない状況です。

In my opinion, both Maeda and Yamamoto have definitely surrendered to the difference of the idea on this part from Japanese business customs. Although,on the other hand, it can be considered that they are performing the own bargain of Japan, they seem not to try to bargain with us at the 11th hour. Concerning this contradiction, there is a potential to happen on transactions of lands in future.
We are also loosing a way to solve it.
