However the fact is that there is an indication of a crack which has been mended on this clarinet.
This is all I would like to point out.

昨シーズンロンドンコレクションデビューをしたLibrium Arbitriumという日本人のアパレルブランドのアートディレクションを担当。ラテン語で自由意志という意味を持つブランド名、そしてシーズンのテーマであったDEEP FORESTに基づきビジュアルを展開。森林のイメージを使用すると共に鋭いイメージを形作った。
またショー会場でグッズの展開を行った。
ポスター、配布する書類、iPadでのポートフォリオ、コンセプトブック、会場に設置した大型の本等、全てのディレクションを行った。

He was in charge of art direction of a Japanese fashion brand Librium Arbitrium, of whom made its grand debut in London collecion last season. He directed the visuals inspired by the brand name, meaning "will at liberty" in Latin, and also its season's theme, "Deep Forest". He created sharp visuals using the images of wood and forest.
He also took direction of goods appeared at the show, including the posters, handouts, portofolios by iPad, concept booklet, and the gigantic books arranged within the site.

客先からのクレームを受け、QA部門に検査してもらう為に送り返しているLDですが、
そのLDに問題が無い場合は、客先に再度買い取ってもらう事を検討しています。

The LD is being sent back to QA Department for inspection due to a complaint from our customer.
However, if there is nothing wrong with the LD, I am considering rearranging the customer to purchase it.

正規の商品であれば返品の受付も対応できると思いますので

I opened the packages of the two RosettaStone I first received but there were no activation codes included inside so I could not get online services.
I had the suspicion that the other three same purchases I made later on do not have the activation codes either so I have not even opened them yet.
I believe that authorized merchandise is available for return policy, and I am looking forward to a sincere response.

初期不良だと思いますので、修理または交換をしていただけますか？
メーカー保障がありますので無料で修理・交換をしていただけると思いますが、
日本から中国への送料も、そちらで負担していただけるのですか？
できれば新品をすぐに送っていただきたいです。
今のところ、初期不良が見られるのは１つだけです。

I turned on the machine but the monitor only turned blue and no messages appeared.
In addition, the plug(shaped like a pair of glasses) is broken.

I am sure this is an initial defect and I would like either a repair or a replacement for my purchase.
I believe that since this product is under warranty, a repair or a replacement would be free of charge, and I would like to know if the shipping fee from Japan to China would be at your expense.
I strongly request that a new replacement be sent back immediately.
At present, only one machine shows sign of initial defect.
