9月11日、東京国際フォーラムで「OKINAWA 離島コンテンツフェア in 東京 離島博覧会」が開催された。

沖縄県と沖縄観光コンベンションビューロー主催の同フェアは、平成25年度離島観光活性化促進事業の一環として行なわれたもの。沖縄県の各離島観光の魅力ならびに独自の特産品を県外に効果的にPRすることで、離島観光への商品造成・地域活性化につなげるため、発地エージェント・物産関係者向けに開催した。

県外での離島だけのコンテンツフェアは今回が初めて。約600人が来場した。

On the 11th of September, the "Okinawa Island contents fair and island exhibition in Tokyo" was held in the international forum in Tokyo.
This fair, that was organised together by the Okinawa prefecture and the Okinawa tourist convention bureau, was held as a part of the activites for activation and promotion of island tourism in the 25th year of Heisei. It was held to effectively showcase the fascination of tourism on all the islands and their original products and promoted to people related to the products and agents of the regions to combine the activation of the region with the product creation.
It was the first fair only for islands outside the prefecture. About 600 people attended.

東京ディスプレイ協同組合（東デ協）人材開発委員会は9月12日、“女性リーダー行動革新研修”と題して9月度の「ディスプレイ塾」を開催した。

今回の研修は、積極的な女性登用が企業の活性化に欠かせなくなっている状況のなかで、行政・企業の環境整備、家庭との両立、リーダーシップのとり方など、女性が活躍する環境づくりを目的に企画された。

講師は、CS対応教育の専門家で、数多くの企業研修を手がける（株）マネジメントサポート代表取締役の古谷治子氏が務め、東デ協の会員約40人が出席した。

The Tokyo Display partnership commitee for the development of human recources held a meeting on the 12th of September, titled "Actions, Reforms and Training of female leaders.

This training was about creating a plan for the instalment of an environment in which women can perform as well in administration and environmental improvement as in the household in a state of affairs where positive involvement of women is something companys can't miss.

The lecturer was Kotani Osako, a specialist in the field of CS, who has worked on training in alot of companys and as a representative director in support of management. About 40 commitee members took part in the training.

日本コンベンション事業協会（CPA）の女性部会は9月13日、つくば国際会議場で「女性部会　つくば防災訓練および交流フォーラム」を実施した。
CPAでは今年5月に「東京臨海広域防災公園体験ツアー」を行なうなど、防災に関するさまざまな取組みを行なっており、今回は防災関連活動としてつくば国際会議場の防災訓練に参加し、避難誘導などを体験した。
午後の部ではつくば国際会議場の視察と、地元MICE業界の交流およびCPAのPR活動の一環として、同館の中会議室で「交流フォーラム」を開催した。

The female section of the Japanese Convention Enterprise Society (CPA) held the Disaster Prevention Practice and Exchange Forum in the International Conference Room on September 13th.
The CPA will deal with a lot of Disaster related problems this year, since it holds the "Tokyo Coastal Catastrophe Park Experience Prevention Tour". Therefore, the members took part in alot of Disaster prevention practises and experienced Escape Guidance at first hand.
In the afternoon, the internation conference room was inspected, and the Exchange forum was held as part of PR activities for CPA, with interaction with the local business world MICE.

On the 13th of September, JATA2013 opened on a big site in Tokyo. This time, 730 companys and organisations from 154 different countries and regions took part in the exhibition, the biggest turn out to this day.

On the 12th, aside from business talks, Tabihaku Night 2013 also took place in the evening. Using the Zoujouji temple as a unique site, the japanese style room Tabihaku Yokocho, was created on its premises to give that certain Edo feel. About 800 people, including the ambassodors to Japan of every country and foreign exhibitors, were introduced to the Japanese hospitality culture and the charm of the MICE venue.

字幕に関しては、プロジェクト起案者側にお願いするのですが、これがちょっと高いわりに、コンマの後にスペースがないとか、小さなミスもありまして・・・。今後日本のアニメーションを海外に出すことを考えると、こういった所にニーズはあるんじゃないかな？と思います。

Bei Untertiteln, werden meist die Leute beauftragt die das Projekt entworfen haben, allerdings ist das Recht teuer, man hat nicht viel Raum und man macht kleine Fehler. Wenn man an zukünftige Animeveröffentlichungen ins Ausland denkt ist ein Ort wie dieser sicher nützlich.
Takano:Ja, die Hersteller sind excellent in Kunst und Handwerklichen Dingen, aber wenn es um Sprache geht...wird es vielleicht schwierig. Da ich auch kein Englisch kann, sollte ich vielleicht nicht so etwas sagen haha.
Sakihira: Ja, sie sind eben Profis was Bilder angeht.

僕らもそこらへんを考えていまして、プロモーション周りやお金集めが出来ないところなど、クリエイティブ部分を上手く見せてあげて、ファンをつなげてあげるという。
そのあとの展開として、海外に持っていくときの英語化だったり、パンフレットの作成だったりとか、確実に翻訳が必要な場面は出てくると思いますので、そういった方々には是非おすすめしたいところですね。

中野： クリエイター・出資者共に、海外の方は多いのですか？
平： 現状、アニピポが日本とバンコクを拠点として動いていますので、クリエイターはその２カ国にしぼっています。
しかし、支援者の方は様々でして、今は日本・タイ・シンガポール・フランス・アメリカ・さらにはブラジルという８カ国から参加してもらっています。
アクセスで言えばアラブからもありますね。

Nakano: Gibt es mehr Urheber und Investoren im Ausland?
Hirahama: Derzeit sind Japan und Bangkok die Anlaufstellen von Anipipo und deshalb beschränken sich die Urheber auf diese 2 Länder. Aber die Unterstützer sind sehr vielfältig, es nehmen jetzt Leute aus den 8 Ländern wie Japan, Thailand, Singapur, Frankfreich, Amerika oder auch Brasilien teil. Wenn man von Leuten die Zugriff nehmen spricht, dann gibt es auch Leute aus Arabien.
