大学卒業後一般企業に就職したが、学生時代より興味のあった食に関わる仕事を行いたいと横浜市にある老舗寿司屋に転職。
持ち前の明るさと、バスケで鍛えた機敏な動きと粘り強さで顧客と先輩職人からの信頼を勝ち得て、4年後には新店の店長に抜擢される。

After graduating from college he took a job at an office but decided to work for an established sushi restaurant in Yokohama City because he had been interested in jobs that had something to do with food since college age.
With his cheerful nature, fast response developed from playing basket ball and perseverance, he earned trust from customers and senior chefs and became a manager of a new restaurant 4 years later.
He started his own business in January 2015. He started a mobile sushi business with a desire to offer sushi to old people who were unable come to a restaurant. He called himself "the youngest mobile sushi chef in Japan".
Now he offers sushi that suits each occasion, mainly at business meetings and other social occasions in Tokyo. He is a good businessman with keen awareness of sales and cost containment.
