When you ignored my messages, I started to think that you weren’t a good seller. I didn’t think there would be a satisfactory resolution to this, so I sought I refund.

If you want to present yourself as a seller who aims for 100% satisfaction, then you ought not to try and escape from problems when they arise.

A partial refund would have been okay, but 5 dollars just isn’t enough. I thought it was a new product when I bought it, so a refund of 5 dollars for a bad product with a missing USB cable just doesn’t cut it. I hope you realise this.

本日ギターを受取りました。このギターのシリアルナンバーは"1105101048"ですが、これは2012年製ではなく、2011年製のギターです（110510"2"048は2012年製ですが、110510"1"048は2011年製です）。
ギターの弦がひどく錆びています（その内の1本は弦が切れそうな状態です）。ピックアップガードには多数のキズがあります。ペグの金属部に汚れがあります。とても新品の状態ではありません。とても残念ですが、このような状態では、私はお客に販売できません。

I received the guitar today. The serial number of this guitar is 1105101048, but it wasn't made in 2012, but 2011 (110510"2"048 was made in 2012, but 110510"1"048 is 2011) guitar.
The strings are very rusty (and one of the strings looks like it could break at any moment). There are also a lot of dents and scractches on the pick-up guard.
